Its really easy to get your horse/pony or foal listing for sale on Adell Equine.

You just need to e-mail one of us, with the following:

Details

• Basic details - this includes Horses Name, both barn and show/registered name if you horse has both. age, height, colour, and registry information. Does your horse wear shoes? 

• Next comes the more details like Training, yes we do want to hear about every little thing your horse can do, does it walk through water? Go on trails? Has it been to local shows or all the way up to Championships. 

• Stable manners - this part would include standing on cross ties, vices, stabling (outside 24/7). 

• Next is Temperament - this would be how it would get along with other horses, how it is to handle coming in to the barn from the field, how it reacts to new things. 

You maybe asking how these details can really help sell a horse, well it makes sure that the buyer coming to see your horse is not going to get there ask one question and decide that its something they can't live with - a waste of time for both of you. 

Photos

• Photos - Some should be of all four sides without tack. Standing square with a halter, and braids (if your selling your horse as a show horse) are ideal, but we can understand that is not always possible, so do the best that can. Some tips to help get a good photo is to have the sun at your back, so that the horse is not in shadow. Also stand at 90 degrees from the side of your horse (for side shots) that way you don't get noses or butts bigger then they are really are in person. Try to get photos were the back ground is not so "busy" (lots of things to distract your eye from the horse) We would also like to see those show/working photos! 

Please note that not all photos sent to us will be used, we have an "eye" for photos and if they are not showing your horse off to the best we will try to crop the photo to help and if not we will not post them (if we have other better shots to use). If we don't have better shots we will use what is sent to us.

Videos

• Videos - We understand that not everyone can get video, that is ok. If you can, please send un edited clips. I will edit it down to 15-20 seconds with the larger videos sent out. That way we can keep the load time down for people on dial up.
